TDLR: Hope you don't mind reading, but its worth. NOTE***** Before i did this i went into my game management for neverwinter and deleted the 1KB file labeled "Reserved space" and save data files also. When you start neverwinter after deleting the settings file, you will have to re calibrate the play space on your screen.…

I too am still unable to play. According to twitter, the problems they had few days ago were apparently fixed. No shards available every time i start the game. Xbox is in DMZ mode. Really would like an answer if its being blocked by or because of comcast.

I don't have the luxery of using any other ISP besisde ATT, and i will never go back to them (considering the most they will offer us is a 6mb, and during our 4 yrs of previous service thru them they decided to always cap us at half of what we paid for) and the tracert is blocked. but i am having overall internet problems…
