cant play no shards found

I know the game isn't up atm but for 3 days haven't bean able to log in comes up with no shards found try later message.any ideas as to why this is happening?sent a report about 30 hours ago still no reply

    I too am still unable to play. According to twitter, the problems they had few days ago were apparently fixed. No shards available every time i start the game. Xbox is in DMZ mode. Really would like an answer if its being blocked by or because of comcast.

    I found a work around. this is how im doing it.

    thanks the second account thing worked lets hope they fix it so we wont have to keep doing this to log in

    Take the hint, nothing good is coming playing this content anymore...
