Once an account logs out, can't log back in. multiple accounts confirmed

My primary account (being this one) i linked my microsoft account, played for maybe an hour. Summoned the free companion u get from linking. Almost immediately get "server not responding". Every time i try and log in it gives me "No shards available". Spend past 3 days doing things on my end to try and fix issue. Then i think, why not make a new xbox account and try that. Make a BRAND NEW xbox live account and play the game for an hour and a half, give or take. DID NOT LINK ACCOUNT. Log out and get food. Come back and get same issue i get on my primary account.
Every time i log out on an account I can't log back in. If anyone else has same problem, please post here so we can get as much info as possible. I really want to play this game on console. I have this confirmed on 3 different accounts. I am on Comcast internet and i do not have good signal to try and use my phone as a hotspot. Will be making a support ticket.

NOTE***** Before i did this i went into my game management for neverwinter and deleted the 1KB file labeled "Reserved space" and save data files also. When you start neverwinter after deleting the settings file, you will have to re calibrate the play space on your screen. And character data wasn't affected after i deleted the save files (probably stored on their servers). I have no idea if you have to do this, that is just what i did before doing this. ALSO, ( this part is speculation) if your account was linked and you got that companion, I believe you will get a popup that says something like " do you want to sync with server" (or i somehow canceled the sync because i was kinda rapidly pushing B during the "contacting shard" stage). It will also give you a popup asking if you want to link your account. SAY NO. reason being is that they have linking disabled atm, and thats what i hit also. I still have my companion even tho i hit no to linking.
Ok so i have found a work around for this. Make a dummy microsoft account, (does not work with guest account) sign in as that account first. (to be clear i did play the dummy account for an hour and have no idea if you can do it with a bare account or if you need game time, not testing this as its not a fix but only a work around) I have my xbox set to be my home xbox. If your xbox is not your home xbox then you might need to have gold on said dummy account for this to work. Start Neverwinter and let it do its thing. When u get to the greyed out play button, press Y. This lets u switch profiles. Pick the Account that you actually want to play on. Just let it do its thing, should work. If it asks you to sync with server, and/or to link you account, i hit NO both times. I havent got those popups but the first start after save file deletion (read notes section). This has worked every time i have done it. played for a few hours on my main account, closed neverwinter and came back and this worked. Even turned xbox off and this still works.
