After testing, I think my main concern is casting times. They're way too slow. I could deal with Empowerment, I could deal with changing my powers around, I could deal with everything else... if I didn't feel SO SLOW. (This also applies to the dodge. SO. SLOW. Would appreciate a third slide.) Divine Glow: WAY too slow…
Thank you so much, Zebular. I wish I could play as a straight up healer, but instead I have to buff and debuff. A cleric that can't use Sunburst or a direct heal? It's terrible!
Update on the Drow cleric debuff issue: Apparently Drow rangers who buff their teammates can apply the Fire debuff as well, so it's not a cleric thing... it's a racial bug that procs from buffing. One less thing on the "fix for clerics" list that they can pretend doesn't exist!
Yep, the Drow Cleric bug has been around from the very beginning. Any direct player-to-player buff proc can add Faerie/Dark Fire. Hopefully now that HRs are noticing it, they might fix it. Thanks for reporting it!
I'm curious... Does anyone know if the new heal/buff at-will for the upcoming HR paragon path applies the Drow debuff on healed allies? EDIT: To be more specific, other classes have powers that heal themselves, but Hunter's Teamwork will be able to heal allies, like we clerics do. If lots of rangers find themselves…
I agree. This would be very cool. Hopefully there's a way to make the extra stuff worth it, like an epic skill kit, but for the entire team. It probably shouldn't drop epic gear, but transmutes? Dye? Finding things that are valuable in game.
Would this still be up for debate if all the buggy racial features were fixed? I'm not a D&D expert, but I don't think Faerie Fire is meant to proc and weaken allies healed by a drow cleric... Now, if there were alignments and you choose evil or chaotic, maybe they could argue that lore supports that. But there aren't, so…
Thank goodness they're bringing back sortable columns on the AH via the Gateway! It was a bad move from the beginning and will make my quality of life WAY better!
I've been unable to get on the Gateway all day... Why hype up Sword Coast Adventures if you can't handle the demand? I use the Gateway every day and I've never seen "unavailable due to heavy load" before. Hope that there will be expanded Gateway capabilities now that more people will be using it...
