Cleric Hammer of Fate not working properly

When kill someone with HoF, we should regain some AP. However, when i use it in pvp domination and IWD, it failed to give me AP regardless which hit of HoF kill the target. (HoF got 3 hits). Kindly fix this in next maintenance thank you.

    It worked for me last night, but they were pretty low on HP. Maybe it's not working for the last hit, or something?

    I strike my enemies with HoF only and when they are dead my AP still at 0%, then i go deny them so i know that was my kill with HoF but not other ppl's kill.
