I was having this issue though I was not even making it to the character select screen. I recopied my main to Mimic and then launched the server from the Neverwinter Launcher application with Arc off and I was able to load on.

Nope. Everything else was normal. No force verify nor safe mode. EDIT: Actually, I did recopy my main character to Mimic (which gave me two copies of him on there). Once I got on, I deleted my other characters that I had on there.

Update on my issue. I had shut down Arc and launched directly from Neverwinter's Launcher application (I had downloaded Neverwinter prior to Arc coming around) and it worked just fine. Seems there is some kind of conflict between Arc and the Preview shard though I do not know how.

I too am having this issue except I am not even getting past the Cryptic loading screen. Here is the error I am getting. I have tried Force Verify and to load in safe mode. No joy.

Can some one please let me know what the point of the Winterkill Emblem and the Ring of Lights are after you have gotten you winter crafting to max? If there is no point, why reward them as much as they do and also if there is a dev looking into this, why is there not any Simril garb to craft / purchase like the Selune…

Get them to talk to the ST team. They have a mechanic that allows your character to be assimilated by the Borg and you start attacking your teammates. They could do this in the dungeons if you fight spellplagued baddies.

I don't get as much in game playing time as I would like. This allows me to get some items I can use and level my companions without having to actually use them in game. You can count me in on this as well. I only have a few bars on my first character but, as he may not be my main for much longer, it would be nice to transfer them. This would also make it more likely that I will buy keys in the future.

All Zen store purchased mounts are account unlocks and can be claimed on all characters on an account. I am not certain on the companions.

When you exchange AD for Zen, the zen does not go directly into your account. It goes into an exchange balance that you must remove it from first before you can use it. I ran this event as much as I could with work, family, and sleep. All I wanted was the Maul on my GWF and got that in three runs. I think it would be nice if these event rewards were bound to account. That way, the player can use one character to get the reward and then hold on to it for a future character. Thing to remember if you are experiencing lag, it may or may not be on their end. It could be your end or somewhere in the middle. Last time I experienced lag was because my machine decided it was a good time to download updates. :rolleyes:
