No you don't need Arc install. Go to arcgames.com

Did you actually scroll down on the page. Mobile payments are not shown where the other payment methods are anymore. They are further down on the page now.

So the server was down. Doesn't mean there is anything wrong in game. Chat server is separate from the game server.

there is no patch. if your game is updating then there is an issue with your files and the launcher is fixing it. or you turned "on demand patching" off

no you can't as that was a bug you took advantage of and only Customer Service can fix it.

you can only claim it from the zen store. you won't be able use it until you hit lvl 20 so it will sit in your inventory until then. once you hit 20 then you can do he quest that opens up the mount slot. once you do that then you can equip the wolf mount

Go back to page 6 of this topic and read Zeb's post on what the email contained. It says Loyal Players in the email. They have missed a lot of loyal players. I have been playing PWE/Cryptic games since 2009 and have spent money in all the games I played. How loyal is that. Yet I never got the email.

Well for this I think they need to answer as it is Christmas after all and shouldn't give some a free item and others nothing.

It has not officially been said about any of this. Moderators are volunteers and not paid employees of PWE/Cryptic. Until something is said from PWE/Cryptic then anything said is just someone's opinion on how things work. I hope that is the case that they are coming in waves.

My account has been set to receive emails from PWE/Cryptic from the start and has never been changed as I got my email about the Stormrider companion a few months back. And before anyone says it. I just checked and it is still set to receive emails.

Patch notes were taken from Preview notes. Preview notes weren't changed to reflect the stuff that wasn't added yet.

Maybe you should actually do a search. The changes were not put on preview. Therefore the changes that were listed for Live have not been added yet. Just cause it says recommended still doesn't mean you have to update if it isn't broken. PWE/Cryptic Devs are not the ones that have to fix the issue as it isn't their software that you updated. It is AMD devs. Notify them of what happened and what you did to sort it out. This way they can patch it.

Just cause there is a new driver for your graphics card, doesn't mean you have to update it. Sometimes new drivers break things and then they have to patch the new driver to work. Just roll back your driver to your previous driver and wait for AMD to fix it. Report the issue to AMD.
