something wrong with buying zen?

I cant get the option to use mobile payments... whats up?

    Did you actually scroll down on the page. Mobile payments are not shown where the other payment methods are anymore. They are further down on the page now.

    When i press view more button, it dosent show ZONG or BOKU. Which it ususally did.

    I only have the option to pay with: paypal, credit card, skrill, paysafe and clickandbuy.

    When i press click "here" to view which payment is best for you, i find ZONG and BOKU but it only sends me to their website. so i cant really chose them for paying

    Go to arc main page. Click Charge. When you are on the page scroll down to "Alternative Options" you will see a section called Bill to mobile. Click Bill to mobile. It will take you to a new page where you can select the game and server and the amount you want. Once you do that click purchase. It will then open up a new page where it gives you the section to enter your mobile phone number.

    No you don't need Arc install. Go to arcgames.com

    Yeah there is nothing called "Alternative Options" . Nowhere

    Things might have changed with their billing options depending on the country as I am from Canada
