Eh, maybe you couldn't do it, but I certainly can. You're assuming that you know my skill set or level does not add anything to the discussion. I'm glad you like the current method and I would never ask them to take that away from you, all I'm asking is the same courtesy.

Because I don't like mouse-button hotkeys. I'm not playing XBox. If I wanted to play XBox, I would. If you like them, great, I am glad they have that option for you, and unlike you, I would never request they keep that option from you.

And nobody is asking you to change, don't worry. I know you are panicking, but it'll be okay if other people get to play the way they like, too. It won't kill you or destroy your game enjoyment, I promise!

I'm sorry, but calling it a "core mechanic" is ridiculous. It's no core mechanic, it's just a control style. I'm not asking to change the combat engine, or the mapping algorithm or anything key to the actual game. How would offering people another option so negatively impact your playing that it ruins some "core mechanic"…

I play Champions Online, a current game, also owned (though not originally developed) by this company, and it offers a variety of control options. I think that you, and the other "berators" are insulting the developers of this game by assuming they cannot do the same.

That is a great idea, as well! I do that all the time in Champions Online, bring up the big map while on the run. Lots of people do it.

I'm not trolling. I just don't see why they can't give us the options. Why does this upset you so much? Regarding the FPS comment, that means First Person Shooter. Well, first of all, this game isn't that at all. Certainly you can look through the character's eyes, but I doubt if that is the way most people play the game.…
