I already submitted a ticket months ago and was told it's a known issue. No updates since I made the original ticket :( I submitted a second ticket and they said to stop submitting tickets about the same issue even tho my original ticket wasn't really resolved.
Yes to both points. Can't take it out because I get an error saying I have one already. And the delzoun treasure box is character bound so I can't claim it on one character and put it in the shared bank. I've already destroyed the enchantment and reclaimed it and still get the same message. Done this multiple times.
Can you please add the brilliant energy enchantment bug to this list? It's a known issue. I've emailed arc twice about it and they still haven't told me when it will be fixed. They just know it's an issue.
None of us with the issue have one in our inventory AT ALL. That's the problem. The game is saying we already have one but we don't. You can only claim one time per character.
I'm having the same issue! It needs to be fixed soon. I got this new main hand from dragon skirmish and would love to use it and put the gem I paid 70 dollars for onto it.
I am having the same issue as well. I got a new main hand from the dragon skirmish and want to move my brilliant enchantment to it, but can't. I get the same error message as the OP. I also submitted a ticket for this issue.
