[Bug Report] Brilliant Enchantment Cannot be Removed Intact

Subject: Brilliant Enchantment Cannot be Removed Intact after removing the first time.
Pre-Condtions:
1. Own Champion of the North Pack
2. Level 60 Character Needed
3. Do not have any copies of the unique Brilliant Energy Enchantment
Steps to reproduce:
1. Obtain Champion of the North Pack via the Rewards Vendor.
2. Open Delzoun Weapon Box and receive the Delzoun Orb Weapon with Brilliant Energy Enchantment in the weapon enchantment slot. (Success)
3. Successfully unslot Brilliant enchantment and put into currently equipped weapon at the time. (Success)
4. Try to remove enchantment from currently equipped weapon, receive Error message "Inventory Full. You may only have one of a unique item.". (Fail)
5. Destroy enchantment in currently equipped weapon and obtain another Delzoun box.
6. Try unslotting enchantment from new Delzoun Orb weapon and receive the previously described error message. (Fail)
Bug: Once the Brilliant Energy enchantment has been removed intact it cannot be removed again, if slotted on another weapon. Destroying the enchantment does not fix this issue! This issue is currently reproducible on my character "KnightDoom", where upon trying to remove the enchantment intact i receive the error Message "Inventory Full. You may only have one of a unique item". My inventory is neither full nor do i have another brilliant enchantment across all my characters.
Notes:
I will try to obtain screenshots, but please accept this as a bug report for the issue. I realize that this may have been reported in the Forum , but during my search i failed to see a properly formatted report.

On another char, although I destroyed all weapons containing the Brilliant Enchantment,
I am not able to get the Enhantment from the Reward Claims Agent again.
GM could not help.....
wrote another bug report ticket....
waiting for Godot now...
