I've also experienced this. Changed instances in an area and changed areas and no runics in any of them. I checked the mini map and there were no indicators then I ran to each area where they spawn and there were no runic corruptions active. I waited a few minutes per area (Wyllowwood, Twisted Caverns, etc.) then gave up.

Sent a ticket in game and was told it's a known issue and they referenced this very forum thread via link and said there was nothing they could do at this time. Then in the next message I received from a "Game Master" I was told to post about it on the forums because it is an unreported issue. HUH?? How can they…

It has been 4 months since you spoke to this AND the feat has been reworked. What is happening with it? Is it being looked at?

They dropped from the Bone Golem in Throne of Idris during Tales of Old. There is an arm piece called Thunderhowl Wraps that sort of looks similar. Those are currently available on the AH or from Grey Wolf Den.

I have tried this and it doesn't always work for me. Plus, as someone else here pointed out, the stacks go all the way to 6. They plainly should not do that. I don't think it's a small problem and it happens a lot.

This is crippling to Arbiters and is still happening, frequently. Please don’t let this go unfixed.
