I came back to this thread for the exact same thing. I bought that bag 50% off with intent to sell. That was perfectly fine to do, as there was nothing prohibiting me from doing that. They bound the bag to me, and now I cannot sell it. THEN THEY GAVE ME ANOTHER BOUND BAG!

I've requested a status update on this issue. We were looking at doing a data pull to determine the players impacted by this so we can determine the best solution based on volume.
Not even asking for a solution but for the said "status update".
Well, sitting now on two account bound bags, one from this mess and the other from the recent "giveaway", and i'm just wondering when we're going to get some official word on this?
What exactly is the problem with either refunding us the ZEN or replacing the bound bag with an unbound one?
HAMSTER happens, sure, but after waiting for over 3 MONTHS it's high time for some real answers and a solution on this matter. No offense, but what the ever-loving HELL is going on here?!
Sent a ticket in game and was told it's a known issue and they referenced this very forum thread via link and said there was nothing they could do at this time. Then in the next message I received from a "Game Master" I was told to post about it on the forums because it is an unreported issue. HUH?? How can they acknowledge the report then say it's unreported?
Well, i guess i'll give this here another day and then open a new ticket with a ZEN refund request for the broken bag. If they can't fix it within 3 months, they can at the very least give the ZEN back.
Well, TICKET #186628 here we go again... even if i'm not getting the bag replaced with an unbound one or the ZEN spend refunded, i hope i'll at least get some answer on where we're standing on this messed up issue now.
... and the ticket was closed, because the support reads it as "duplicate" from the first ticket and not as a "follow-up". Wrote a reply, ticket is showing as open again, have to wait and see what they answer now.
... and the ticket was set to "solved" without any further explantion to it, going to open another ticket, this time as refund request, if the Devs can't fix it within 3 months, then the support should at least give us the ZEN back.
Well, chat support was online, so i thought i give that one a try, but it was a waste of my time.
I was hoping that they could at least message this thread to the Dev team or come up with something to help us, but i only got the same replies i've allready read before in my tickets.
Well, not much left to do about it then keeping the thread alive... support can't or is not allowed to help, and right now we don't know if the issue is on the Devs to-do-list or not, due to conflicting answers from the support.
It would be nice if someone could bring this problem up in the next Dev stream, see if they can get a straight answer there.
Sorry for the long delay in responding to the issue. We had our team members looking into the feasibility of retroactively addressing the issue with bags being incorrectly bound to players, but found limitations in our tech that prevented us from doing so. We'll be improving our practices in the future so that this should not be able to happen again, though I recognize that this doesn't help for this occurrence.
