I can't "correct" their error by getting a refund. I spent $100 on Zen and received $100 worth of Zen. The amount of AD I lost to the in-game error comes to less than $50. By reversing the charges on that purchase I am stealing. I will not do that.

I tried sending another ticket to avoid dealing with the same Support person who's currently ignoring me, but received the response that it was a duplicate and therefore deleted (understandable, I'd do the same). Their logs do not reflect accurately how much AD I had in the first place, but even if their numbers were correct (they said I only ever had 300,000 AD, even though I'd exchanged enough Zen into AD to have around 800,000 AD the same day as this error occurred), your question would still be valid. That'd be great. I've gotten quite a bit better, but having played against skilled HRs and CWs (that 'other' class doesn't require a skilled player to challenge me) I've come to realize that my chosen class is severely gimped in 1v1 scenarios.

It'd be nice if we could initiate duals in the overworld. Anyway, my in game name is Templock@cannibal utopia. I run a green Dragonborn and wear a loin cloth and Dragon Cult Headdress. I think I'm hard to miss. A good GWF would be a fun challenge.

Thanks for the response. It wasn't a bid, it was a buyout. I also assumed the item had been purchased and thus continued trying. My AD did in fact get spent, though I did not receive the item(s). I did create another thread. I mistakingly placed this here thinking it was the bug report section, but a lot of AD is at stake…
