  • Well, hopefully you get better results than I did. Their records do not show that I had failed purchase attempts in the Auction House, nor do they show an accurate representation of the amount of AD I had prior to those purchase attempts. As such, so-called Customer Support refuses to look at the amount of Zen I'd…
  • Man, that'd be nice. 300K+ AD Green Jewelcrafters will disappear soon. Yea!
  • No casting time would certainly help.
  • Some word on when we might receive Jewelcrafting assets would be nice. As a side note, I saw a toon the other day that had two Personalized Archmage's Ring +6 and a Personalized Archmage's Necklace +6! I'm so jealous!
  • I can't "correct" their error by getting a refund. I spent $100 on Zen and received $100 worth of Zen. The amount of AD I lost to the in-game error comes to less than $50. By reversing the charges on that purchase I am stealing. I will not do that.
  • Maybe a Moderator could suggest a way I could go up the food chain in Customer Support on this? I tried sending another ticket to avoid dealing with the same Support person who's currently ignoring me, but received the response that it was a duplicate and therefore deleted (understandable, I'd do the same). I am not trying…
  • Their logs do not reflect accurately how much AD I had in the first place, but even if their numbers were correct (they said I only ever had 300,000 AD, even though I'd exchanged enough Zen into AD to have around 800,000 AD the same day as this error occurred), your question would still be valid. Where indeed did that AD…
  • You've put in a ticket?
  • The Zen was delivered so I won't attempt to reverse the charges.
  • That'd be great. I've gotten quite a bit better, but having played against skilled HRs and CWs (that 'other' class doesn't require a skilled player to challenge me) I've come to realize that my chosen class is severely gimped in 1v1 scenarios.
  • Well, hopefully Support comes to their senses and considers this as a possibility. It's insane to treat a customer who pays so well with such contempt.
  • I've written a letter to snail mail to the mother office. I will post another ticket. Hopefully I don't get the same "Support" agent. That person smiled while telling me to go screw.
  • Thanks for the question, hogt. I quoted myself because I edited my response while you were quoting me. No, I do not have AD sitting in the AD/ Zen exchange.
  • Their logs only show one Steel Crucible purchased and "other" AH bids. Apparently my buyout attempts do not show up. Their logs also show, according to Customer Support, that I never had more than 300,000 AD at any given time. That is just not accurate as I had put $100 into a Zen purchase, converted a portion of that into…
  • They're still missing. So far Customer Support has offered me a giant F-You by suggesting that I am lying, which is why I'm looking for others that have experienced this issue. I am not lying. An error in the AH took my AD but did not reward me the Steel Crucibles I bid on. I'm a tad miffed at this point, if that's not…
  • Have you lost any AD after seeing the AH error?
  • I bet the SWs were like the fat kid in dodge ball, always picked last. Templock / cannibal utopia / SW / 16xxx / A bottle of red wine I'm on regualrly, like way too often.
  • I did. Thanks for the suggestion.
  • It'd be nice if we could initiate duals in the overworld. Anyway, my in game name is Templock@cannibal utopia. I run a green Dragonborn and wear a loin cloth and Dragon Cult Headdress. I think I'm hard to miss. A good GWF would be a fun challenge.
  • It's not in my mail, but thanks for the suggestion. It'd be obvious if it was in my mail because I had bid on multiple items, not one large one.
  • I figured that someone must've bought what I was trying to buy, which is why I kept trying. I kept getting the same error.
  • Thanks for the response. It wasn't a bid, it was a buyout. I also assumed the item had been purchased and thus continued trying. My AD did in fact get spent, though I did not receive the item(s). I did create another thread. I mistakingly placed this here thinking it was the bug report section, but a lot of AD is at stake…
  • Has anyone else gotten the error that says the AH is unavailable when you attempt to make a purchase?
  • I'd like to know if anyone else has experienced this. Please take a moment to add to this thread if you've seen this error. I attempted to make a buyout purchase on the AH. I successfully made that one purchase. I wanted to buy many more of that same item so that I could combine them into a higher grade item (Crucibles).…
  • I'd love to 1v1 you with my Lock. It's too bad we seem to have an immature gamer base. Any match I've been in that's sorely one-sided I've asked for 1v1 matches. The winning team typically stands in a group together just waiting for someone to show up so they can 5v1 him (or her). I have yet to see anyone agree to 1v1.…
  • I've been the healer during the Dracolich fight in CN as a Templock. We didn't have much trouble, though we did have a great GF holding aggro. Without the GF I haven't learned how to manage heals by myself. I have fought the Dracolich with four other DPS toons. I had probably 80% of the aggro from adds and we nearly…

  • I'd argue that the immense dodge frames of the TR are a bugged mechanic, and the ability to go invisble while I'm hitting you (or better yet while you're taking damage from my DoT) is plain silly. To the original topic. I'd agree (even as a slow-casting, SW) with others here that the CWs job is to control. That's what they…
  • I'll rank classes in order of difficulty for me, an SW, from most to least difficult: 1) TR. Even low skill, low geared TRs give me trouble. 2) CW. I'd put HRs above CWs, except that I've only run into a couple HRs that have really been good with the class, and one person in particular who I couldn't touch. CWs instant CC…
  • Yeah, I saw that page too. I was disappointed when I didn't get the 50%, 7% Active Bonus, but it's still a good companion.
