I can confirm this bug. Also the Shield skill is no longer effected by arcane stacks. This combination makes the archmage set severly broken. Add to this the new changes in Threat. So now CW's are high on Threat with adds in dungeons, have little defence and a huge loss of control due to these bugs. So now the playstyle of…

2 other CW's have confirmed for me that the Archmage 4-set bonus is broken. Also, re-equiping it doesnt seem to fix it
