• Yeah I believe that there needs to be a note or warning if that is to be true. Spending way too much time, money, and effort for something as simple as a BoC causing this issue. If it is not a bug then it needs to be simply a warning or completely removed as a side effect of transmutation.

• Yes the Paladin AP gain was reduced. It occurred the week of the stutter update within hours of the weekly. Unless your recovery is super stacked or your devoted sigil is ranked up perma bubble will not be present as solo support. Adapt.
