Masquerade of Liars - Lore of Liars quest

Shortly after the event kicked off, the initial Lore of Liars quest was not available to characters that participated in the previous year Maquerade of Liars event. However, alts have no issue obtaining the quest. This is important, for the quest gives a Memento used to refine the Illusionist's Mask. Hopefully this is a speedy fix before the event is over. Thank you.

    It's working as intended. Each character can only complete the quest 5 times ever. You should be able to get sufficient Mementos from the other quests.
    Neverwinter Tools for evaluating boons, mounts, dyes, etc.

    I don't believe it is working as intended. Or if it is, the consequences of this were understood.

    You cannot complete Lore even once and lose out on 5 mementos. Last year they did not give the mementos, so there is no stockpile to pull from. There needs to be a way to earn the 5 missing mementos or at least the number necessary to complete the upgrades.

    As was stated, this only occurs on characters that ran it last year.

    Well, after looking it over it is annoying, but not really a problem. The quest can be worked around, so not a gamebreaker.

    For my character from last year, I just used the exchange tab in the event store to get the extra Mementos and it works fine. Lost a little RP by wasting Veils, but farmed a few extra and all is well. Still, bad oversight from the planners.

    Two is correct, this is working as intended. The Lore quests are one-offs. Once you've done them all on a character, that character cannot do them again as each gives a unique piece of lore upon talking to the Loremaster. The momentos are gained from the daily quests given by the npc on the event dias, the ones from the lore quests are bonus ones. You should get all you need just from the daily quests. Moving this to general as it is not a bug.
