I thought this was bugged too since I am in the same situation. I've done multiple attempts of the level 20 experimentation and not got a single recipe yet, then I noticed the level 7 one (that shows the exp reward) still on the list so stopped trying.

Specifically bought VIP for the daily keys, lost 2 days worth due to the outage. Very simple thing for Arc to replace those keys to customers who lost out. Their decision not to replace them has lead me to decide to continue to play, but not spend a single penny more on the game.

From a slightly different perspective, I have to say that this game is not 100% free, as it is portrayed. Some items are only available to purchase with Zen, or trade bars, which require real cash to obtain. "But those items are tradable, you can buy them on the auction house" - Yes, but only if real money has been spent…

We need an official answer here, a large proportion of the posts on this thread are asking about VIP key reimbursement and we are getting no response. As paying customers, the very least you can do is give us what we have lost due to the technical issues that are no fault of ours.

Today's blue screen crash happened while in phantasmal fortress, or rather entering the portal to Thay after you enter the instance. Seriously, what is it with this place?!?

And AGAIN. Only 15 minutes later. This is getting really, really annoying and frustrating as is usually happens on the way to an encounter, then when you log back in, it's a different instance and you have to wait for another one, and risk the blue screen of death on the way, AGAIN.

And again, and again. Blue screen of death every day only in Dread Ring. Also not registering completed heroic encounters, did 3, collected rewards, only registers completed 2.

Do you have to follow on Facebook AND Twitter for a VIP code? I do Facebook, but don't do Twitter, and don't intend to.

This keeps happening to me with the Die Nation campaign box on the Dungeon Master event. I'm gonna be really, REALLY pissed off if I don't get the 20 day award for this since there's a limited window to complete it.

Are any of the items in your overflow bag? It won't initiate if they are.

While the 2x event is on, the bags of rough diamonds you can buy from the seal trader also yield double, so 500 seals gets you 1000 ad

Yeah, totally deliberate. Staying up the top then jumping down at the end to collect the reward and straight out the exit. It's selfish behaviour, why should I carry someone so they get the drop I'm after? Scum.
