  As above said, another artifact. I'd recommend gwf sigil.
  
  Then 2 pieces of dusk and 2 pieces of drow craft armor. Only need 2 of each for the 2 set bonuses. Drowcraft will help with running demogorgon.
  
  After that I'd say ilvl 145 shirt and pants. There are 2 types for each class. I'd recommend berserk.
  
  Can't tell from image but if you don't have it get the offhand to your weapon set.
  
  Next would be 2x 2 slotted rings. Either gemmed exquisite rings of your choice but you'll need maxed jewlcrafting (piercing recommended) or +4 or +5 under dark rings from throne or prophecy.
  
  I'd also say work on an artifact set, either LM set or orcus set, though orcus is generally expensive because of the artifact.
  
  If you are low on AD I'd recommend a terror enchant for your weapon. They're cheap and will boost your and your parties dps slightly. Otherwise a vorpal. Negation is probably cheapest for armor. Soul forged strictly for pve, but more expensive.
  
  For enchantments rank 7s of your choice will suffice till you get your gear, then I'd start buying rank 8s and if you can turning them into 9's, then 10's so forth and so on.
  
  
  Eventually you'll want to do gold master demo runs to get twisted weapon set.
  
  If you want pvp advice it would be a slightly different ball game.
  
  
  Also don't forget to upgrade your artifacts during the 2x refinement event. Getting them to purple is extremely easy and gives you a good boost to ilvl as well as overall stats. I'd recommend gwf sigil first to purple as your other 3 will quickly become replaced. Switch to your lantern if you chose that for your free artifact from the lvl 20ish artifact quest.
