It's actually level 20-21 but you're right, no need to go any further than that quest. Then the OP can just mail it to himself or put it in his shared bank for his main to collect.

We've never had gnomes, druids, monks etc on the PC version of the game let alone PS4 although all have been mentioned for future expansions on the PC. There is a way to do this if you just follow the advice of the two people who have tried to help you. Have a little patience and go back to the quest givers in the zone to see if you missed something. :)

I hate bots. The way I see it is that bots equals cheating and I hate cheats. Why bother playing a game at all if you have to cheat?
