I use DF primaily as the go-to at-will. When I am not using DF, I use CoS, since it does really solid damage (especially with my death slaad active bonus)

Yes, to answer your question. For whatever reason, they removed the old belts with offensive slots from all drop tables. Now the only way to get them is to find people with stockpiles of them. Thus, the incredible price hike.
