I'm having the same issue. Is it possible that the code I enter is a wrong one? It starts with a lower case letter, followed by 3 capitals followed by 4 lower case ones?

The fix is to switch instance.

Server issues during a promo. And is it in ages. What in ages means for you, since I still remember the last outage that cut off most of the US players, got fixed for them, but for the EU player the problem continued for a week?

And the global crashes and disconnects. Seems that all was connected. Too sad cryptic again is going to loose a chunk of its player base. Too sad.

Nope, it has nothing to do with the game itself, it was a network issue. Either my ISP or Cogentco or NW staff managed to fix it.

Issue resolved, my traffic no longer transfers trough the infamous be2387.ccr22.bos01.atlas.cogentco.com.

I highly doubt that the devs frequently visit this forum. If you experience similar mishaps go and file a tech support ticket.

Tethered my phone and voila game started and even began patching. Definitely a network issue. It started a couple of hours before the "blackout" so the culprit might be of similar nature, but I doubt that those of us that are affected will manage to get any additional support from the community, except.... Does anyone know…

Done most of them without playing too much with (8) + flushing DNSs.
