The new artifact you get from the Artifact Facts quest, the Waters of Elah'Zad. It's use says "heals you for HAMSTER over 6 seconds and removes any harmful effects such as poison". The HAMSTER is based on the rank of the artifact.

I'll definitely use the lantern for PvE. I don't mind pressing a button that does AoE damage and then makes me do more damage for a short time. Sounds good to me!

Bug: Quest - Undeath to Death Bone Golem does not count as a skeleton for this quest. If this is intended, it is very strange since the tone of the quest is to kill things that were brought about through necromancy. Bone Golems seem to be nectromantic.
