Poison cure?

I could have sworn when I was grinding through my professions yesterday that I saw a potion that healed, possibly regen, but then said it wiped out any poison you might have. For life of me I cannot find it now. Hell, maybe it wasn't a potion, but I know I saw something with that effect on it. Anyone have an idea of what it might be that removes poison?

    The new artifact you get from the Artifact Facts quest, the Waters of Elah'Zad. It's use says "heals you for HAMSTER over 6 seconds and removes any harmful effects such as poison". The HAMSTER is based on the rank of the artifact.
