Nope, I got it 3 days after release, 2 days leveling and pvping to get gear, 1 day learning t2 dungeons and farming them without exploiting. Amazing what you can do with a dedicated group of competent people.

With my testing ignore does not mute you (at least not 30 ignores). Also with my testing, it takes about 15 Spam reports to mute you. I understand this game has no LFG or Trade chat. Things change in T2 runs - in T2 runs that TR is doing the right thing. It's your job to tank all the adds and heal yourself while everyone else kills the boss.

I use forgemasters quite a bit and that probably helps, along with as fast as we move in T2 dungeons, we are pulling the next pack before the first pack dies and constantly on the move, so people are almost never full health. and on bosses, well the adds help out a lot there lol.…
Maybe it's the groups I run with in guild, but it's up quite a bit, definitely not 100% for sure, but a good chunk of the time. I'm not sure which abilities we are running to get the procs as I haven't tested that, I will do so today sometime.
