Iv had minor lag but no rubber banding etc, have not had any issue with this since Champions online beta. i remember i had 1000 ping back then but they worked it out

what about the guild bank permission bug? guild members been saying they cant deposit/withdraw from the guild bank with correct permission.

Its not strange. its pretty common to not wipe in open beta. Open beta always means soft launch.. unless its a P2P game or a buggy game
