I purchased the Guardian pack about a month ago and it shows as complete in my account but I have not got credit in game or beta invites or in the forums.
The ticket system is not accepting tickets and billing is not answering phone so I hope this method works.

On Forums, go into User CP to enable your guardian tag.
Guardian founders cannot log into game until the 27th at which time you can claim all of your items ingame.

Thanks for the suggestions but I do not see any setting for guardian tag. Under general settings I see, check boxes for show signatures, show avatars, and show images is this what you mean? If so those are all on.

Nice, thanks for that, then I do not have permissions groups, and on my account it shows a locked icon. Probably because my guardian pack did not go thru or what ever it is. I bet it will all clear up on the 30th and maybe I can put in a ticket then.
But then you do not have a pack or it does not show it.

I had the same issue, I updated my permission group and all that. I am still prompted with 'you are not allowed to play right now' after the patcher. WHYYY!!??

One more hour for Guardians.
I am in game but didnt get my Hero items since start :-/ And no support whatsoever

Go to https://billing.perfectworld.com/mywallet <- once log into PW site, and see what the Status is for your Pack, my guess is, it's under review AKA pending, if it missing then you need to contact support
If the site not working still try sending an email to customerservice@perfectworld.com, as they say they are having problems with the support page.

No it has been complete since March 14th. But I was able to get a ticket in today and after that did get an email saying go play I am on the list but still get the you are not allowed to play message when I attempt to enter game.
Its all good were still in beta and it will work its way out.
