Book imp is just 2% recovery but since its an active it doesnt effect and isn't effected by diminishing returns.

Wait till you fight me ;) I'm perma stealth but my 5k power and a perfect vorpal make the hits far more deadly. Your right though, most perma stealths hit like a bag of salad. They're good at holding points but it takes forever to kill anyone.

Matchmaking doesn't need a singles list but instead a skill search. People should be put in against players with a similar win/loss ratio. Atm if you go in with 4 or more you will be put against premades while 3 or less goes against randoms.

There are posts and comments about it all over the place though I did hear that it had been patched which is odd. Also there is a CW daily that crashes the game too from time to time.

Perma Stealth cant out dps a clerics heals (unless they suck) and AoE's or lucky hits knock off 15% of the TR's stealth bar on each hit. Also AoE CC's are the best as they effect TR's in perma stealth and can easily screw up our rotations. That ice floor CW Encounter and the HR roots work best. Or try a Lantern of…

I dont use shadowy opportunity as that tree makes perma stealths inflict less damage. I roll Executioner for Shadows Demise and a load of buffs from stealth.
