You mean the WoW Paladin? Gods, I hope never. This is DnD... healers don't get to do everything under the sun. And yes, the Cleric heals just fine. The only nerf that's coming is a fix to the effective immortality that multiple Clerics can bestow. If you're finding gameplay so difficult that you cannot manage without…
Yeah, don't pay any attention to that. Devs have already said no wipes after April 25. It's in the newsfeed from around that time, if you care to search for it.
So, since the servers are already down, does anyone mind telling me what the fusion bug entailed? I seem to remember fusing some stones last night that were consumed just fine. Maybe I wasn't paying attention?
There will always be exploits. No matter how much you patch, code review, and test, somebody will come along and find something you didn't think of. Look at Java: in active development for many, many years, and they're still finding exploits daily. That's software. That's life. Stop screaming for a wipe every time somebody…
Try selling a stack individually. Whether they sell or not, you end up with dozens of mails to go through: *click*, collect, delete, yes I'm sure, *click*, delete, yes, *click*, collect, delete, yes... Collect on an AH mail should delete the mail, IMHO.
I noticed this, too. You used to see them every once in a while, but now it seems everyone and their brother has one. And with the companion loitering bug still in play, PE looks like it's in flames.
I bought all the 4th books, studied, hated it, decided to try running a game anyway, decided I really hated it, and broke out my 3.5 books again. On a completely unrelated note, I will sell you some cut-rate 4E books, if you're interested. Also: so, so saved, sockmunkey.
I've had odd things like this happen after the foundry has been running for several hours straight, but your problem seems to be somehow tied to the module, persisting even through a restart. Did I understand you correctly that you have tried creating a new module to see if the issue recurs? I know your first module is…
I could never come up with a good way to do this, and instead have ended up using the "Contact" option to spawn a dialog box. Rather than having a conversation with the sign, you can do a little DM blurb like, "This weathered sign points the way to blah blah yackity..."
I've thought about this, and I don't think it would take much. Even something simple that wouldn't affect gameplay would be sufficient, I think. A title series, for instance: junior tester at 10 reviews; tester at 50; senior tester at 100; etc.
I'm working on my first quest line, too, and am running into the same problems as you. I can tell you that one thing I've found to shorten the "test that thing" scenario is the "play from here" option. Under your story tab, click on the bit you want to test, then select "play from here." If you haven't noticed it before,…
