O.K., so I was away for a day or two and just got back to playing this evening. I logged on to an Alt. that I don't play very much and who is still running around Protectors Enclave. I wander into the central hub, down by the Market and Messenger, and what to my wondering eyes now appear?
A giant a$$ flock of firebirds. Dozens of the things. I swear, every second person there must have had one. I have heard the odds of getting one is fair to middling from the boxes and they are relatively inexpensive from other sources, so are the most common Purple Pet outside the Panther. But this was just crazy. Tried to get a Screeny, but I'm having some issues with the PC. Will try to get it later, if the critters are still flappin' around out there.
So, did I miss something? Was there a sale on Firebirds that I didn't here about?
