  • My purchase was based solely on the belief that they were account wide unlocks. They need to honor their mistake. In the long run, losing more player trust will hurt them a lot more than honoring the mistake.

  • Same problem happened to me. I lost 4 very rare items in my mail because of this. Hopefully a GM will help me get them back. This issue needs to be fixed ASAP.

  • I was thinking my GWF was fine, but then I took him in a pvp match and saw how poor his damage output and defensive capabilities were compared to the other classes. Nonetheless I am still having fun with him.
