DPS cleric as a concept is hilarious. Aside from that, no, it's not "OK". I see DPS clerics outdmg 20-23k CW's very often. And as you said, most dmg from passive.. They don't really have to even make an effort to outdmg BiS CW's. But as a Cleric, that must be perfectly OKEY! Nah. DC isn't much better off than TR atm.

In PvE I often see dmg spec DC dealing more dmg than BiS CWC's. It's pretty sad. They do not have to do much to get that dmg either. I for one will not go back to PvP as long as TR is completely broken. DC is too though. I am actually leveling a TR now. Never played one before. I have 160 kills 10 deaths in PvP thus far. (and I have no idea wth Im doing lmao) TR is majorly broken and anyone saying otherwise is in fact a TR.

I am combat PvE HR and the only time I get outdmg is by a Warlock spamming broken TT. (you know, when everything on screen dies for 4 million dmg/sec)

I played 5 hours yesterday. Did 5 Tiamat. Got 0 favors. So 30 for a boon seems a "tad" high. Make the treasures give 500 pts at least. And for the love of.... a win at Tiamat NEEDS to give reward. Can't believe they have not fixed at least that yet.

Well with full stacks of lone wolf and PF action then you probably can. You can't rely on both of them being fully stacked though.
