I think all depends on build, encounters. There are a lot of good builds for CW, and this is why we cant say "this one is the best". There is no best. Looking at the Shadow/Vizier 4 set bonus stacking problems the new pvp gear will be the way for me, if it works right. I see only a few of us read ingame, and a lot of us just click. Go to list of dungeons, instead of clicking join just click on the name of the dungeon and read everything on the screen, you will see the answer.

I did every boss in every T2 dungeon with random team, if everyone knows what to do, you have no problem, if they dont know, you can tell them, if nobody knows... thats a problem...
