i got around 10% from all the hunts, even for ogre and batiri. there can be a time in which you kill 30 of them and get no drop at all and then you find 1 group and you get 2 pieces at once

UPDATE: it seems that if you have killed all the 6 hunts and the achievement doesn't pop, you need to find the Clawgraze saddle (trading with friends or dropped by Clawgraze) and the achievement will pop! I hope this can help
