Achievements not popping

I don't know if this glitch must be addressed to Xbox Live or to the game itself.
There are problems with the achievements not popping.
Few days ago I completed the Merchant Prince's Folly on gold. The in-game achievement popped, but not the Xbox Live one.
Today I completed the +5 chult rings collection, same. The in-game achievement popped (Ring Leader), but not the Xbox Live one.
Can it be an issue linked to the new update, Sword of Chult?
I know that sameone is still unlocking the achievements, but many others like me have problems.
