I, too, don't get how can this feature still be missing in the game over 15 months after its release (even more when you count the betas). Having to swap powers all the time between bosses and general pve, let alone pvp, gets insanely tedious. And the impractical power tree layout doesn't make it any easier.
Power profiles. Ability to switch between multiple sets of powers with just a single click instead of having to switch out every single power one by one like a tool whenever you're about to fight Valindra, and then again 5 mins later when you go for another VT run. I'd be willing to pay 10k Z for that, literally.

It is a daily quest. The bug with the NPC giving it is, you first have to take the two quests she gives you, leave the dialog, and after that when you interact with her again she will give you Ghost stories.
