Ghost Stories quest missing

I didn't quite understood whether Ghost Stories quest is daily or not but I don't have it when I go to quest giver (Harper Chick) and when I talk to her can choose only two quests. Had it on day one and that is it. No longer can see it when I talk to any quest giver ether in enclave or on graveyard (it's not grayed out or anything, it's not listed at all).

    It is a daily quest.
    The bug with the NPC giving it is, you first have to take the two quests she gives you, leave the dialog, and after that when you interact with her again she will give you Ghost stories.

    Are you talking the the NPC in PE? that's the one that gives it, not the one in Neverdeath

    I'm seeing the same thing.. the quest was fine on the first day or two.. but today, the map doesnt show the "quest point" at all. The quest is listed on my right screen, but even when I talk to the NPC in graveyard/PE, there's nothing in the dialog.

    I have a character whos not getting Ghost Stories either. If you cant get those dragon sigils, you cant progress in Tyranny of Dragons campaign :(.
    I hear "learn to play" all the time, but it seems to me that it should be defined as "my class is balanced, except when others beat it, then THAT class is OP"...

    Is your character level 60?

    I have gotten this quest on my epic toons. I have not received it on the one character I have going through the campaign that is still leveling. after discussing this with some other people, I do not know anyone who is getting this quest on anyone lower than level 60.

    So I am wondering if this is "as designed" because Ghost stories is one of the rougher quests.

    I have been level 60 for two days on my SW and still havent been able to get this quest.
