I think you mean games that claim to be beta, while rubbishing that claim by accepting real money. It's not a completely new trick.

Sorry, but no. Instability and crashes do not make it beta. They make it software. Release software of all types crashes (windows, anyone?)

There's a reason banks have servers that host test transactions that don't involve real money. The reason for that is so you can test these systems without using real money. If you're using real money, you're not testing.
