It says you can only get one of this type per week. If you interpret the type as being the currency used to buy the gear it is 100% accurate. This isn't new, it's literally the same rules as IC.

The third party is 100% incorrect. If you need on the item and do not win the roll it does not stop you from rolling on a drop from the same boss in another run.

It is entirely supply and demand, what you are effectively saying is that no other players should be able to exchange AD for zen in order to allow you to get it cheaper. As a similar point, next time you do get something good from a lockbox or dungeon you should give it to me as its unfair that you can get one but I don't.

Thats not how crit severity works. A 15% increase in crit severity would equal around a 7.1% increase in damage.
