I agree totally with this. It doesn't hurt my experience in any way, shape or form. Then again, I don't PvP much, but even so, I don't think it would get to me. I'm not adverse to losing.
I guess this is where we agree to disagree, because I believe it is completely relevant. Instead of trying to change the drop system, why not change your looting habits? When something drops, don't automatically think 'That is mine!' Simply think, 'Oh, I have a chance at that!' If you don't get it, you probably should have…
I've used the Xbox controller since launch. I don't see any problem with it. My old hands can't take the extensive keyboard/mouse route anymore. Thank you for verifying that I haven't been breaking the rules, zebular. :)
Sorry, I wasn't trying to imply that you didn't know and I apologize for making it sound as thus. Just seen your post and took it as an opportunity to remind not only you, but others here as well, that Neverwinter is a game, and thus intended for fun. One shouldn't take it so seriously. We have people bombing stadiums and…
I take it you haven't been around for too long, because the most popular MMO in history uses (used? probably changed it due to whiners) this style of loot roll. I have a Guardian Fighter and so far haven't had anything that dropped for my class. I simply Pass, no need to even roll Greed, in my eyes, but it still wouldn't…
This and probably the lack of aesthetic variety in gear are probably my two biggest 'gripes' (well, other than every second being subtly pointed to the cash shop, but its F2P so that can be forgiven to a certain extent). Other than that, really high quality, entertaining game.
I used mine immediately...bag space is WAY to limited to clog up with that HAMSTER. The way the world is built in instances pretty much makes them moot anyhow.
heh, I found myself doing mundane tasks in hostile territory, hoping a pack of mobs wouldn't spawn on me, just to get away from the incessant, repetitive babbling going on at the entrance to Blacklake.
Welcome to the digital age. Just create some simple skin, place it for purchase and watch the cash roll in. The great part is they only need one of them. Everyone is downloading the same thing, yet paying full price for it. I'm one of the rare few left that simply will not buy digital copies of games. I need a box or my…
If I recall correctly, casters could wear metal armor, just couldn't cast while wearing it, which defeated the purpose of a spellcaster to begin with. Whether they ditched that concept in later revisions of the rule set, however, I have no idea.
Even indoors, I feel I'd benefit more by a closer camera. As it stands, being so zoomed out and it not being isometric, my view is extremely limited if I am trying to scout out a room I'm about to enter.
