  • What boss are you struggling on? I literally found none of the dungeons difficult at all until halfway through Spellplague caverns, but after doing a few attempts we found we could aggro only the bosses spawned adds and not the whole room, it became easy after that, and no we weren't geared.

  • There is nothing wrong with Elitism, run with your friends if you can't get into a "Add-geon" ... see what I did there. But seriously, there is no Elitism in this game because there is no core mechanics for the dungeons that require skill, kill adds - attack boss, kill adds - attack boss.

  • Actually Wildstar is one of the few upcoming MMO's i've seen that have said they want a focus on End/Elder game before they even release it. Looks really really well done, especially with 20 or so staff being developers on Vanilla WoW

  • Sure Strike is still completely useless unless you're Sentinel spec and you're trying to gain threat on 1 target. It's horrible because there is never a situation where we need it, name one dungeon where you're single targeting during boss fights.. exactly.

  • What I would of liked to see in this patch was an Upgrade to the Destroyers last tier Skill, it really needs an increase in Determination to Damage done buffed, as it is near on useless.

  • You're comparing a class made for AoE against a single target. Sure Strike is still bad, maybe the new patch will make it semi decent for a GWF that might be a viable tank option now. Wicked Strike and Weapon Master Strike will always outperform in dungeons for us because our role is AoE and not single target.

  • I leveled extremely easy with Destroyer, TakeDown/Restoring Strike/Flourish and a cleric healer are a must. Had no real problems at all until the late 50's where mobs do quite a bit of damage (Mount Hotenow and Whispering Caverns suck) WMS/RS or WMS/WS are a must for leveling IMO

  • Arp is applied AFTER defence reduction. Example. If a mob has 20% DR and you stack 3 Student of the Swords (45% defence reduction) the mob is now on 11% DR, So a 9% increase in dps.
