Yep, Bile is getting a harsh fix/nerf. Prices for Perfects are off the charts. P. Vorpal's are selling for 18 million. Crazy, crazy seller's market here.
Cryptic does not want an AD sink and it's in their best interest to keep the economy the way it is. 1) Backlogged ZEN means the only other way to get it is through real money. 2) 500:1 maxed out ZAX means cash buyers are getting more AD for their real money. 3) High prices on the AH means real money buyers must spend more…
This event is great for new and old players. New players: 1) Farm Grommets and sell them for great AD. 2) Do Level 1 crafting for great AD. 3) Get some of the other event items. Old players 1) Sell Doohickey's for great AD 2) Get some of the other event items. It's all perception. I choose to look at the event as a win for…
I plan on making around 15 Doohickey's. I'm not spending any real money on it. You need simply to always have reserve ZEN. 500 ZEN (250,000 AD's worth), would be enough to create a Doohickey in a reasonable amount of time. If you're not prepared, that's your fault, not Cryptic's.
Yep yep! My wife is making a good amount of AD this way. I've also seen people: 1) Selling Blueprints outright (for around $100,000 AD) 2) Pres Wards have spiked considerably. They're currently in the $90,000's. All in all, a profitable weekend!
Yep, insane ZEN backlog and limited amount of crafting materials. I suspect we'll see a strong drop over the weekend, but who knows. It's a strong item for PVP (that little sucker can crit!), and will be highly sought after because it's permanent. This is why it's important to always have some reserve ZEN, even if it's…
I have no idea why people are opposed with getting "the new mount." Thoughts to consider: 1) They're not account wide. 2) Another "new mount" will be out in no time (Mod 4 is two weeks away). 3) Buying a mount from the ZEN store is account wide and insanely cost effective. Next time, sell the Doohickey's. You could be…
The Doohickey Requires: Wool Scraps Simple Pelts Pine Wood Iron Ore I don't have the exact numbers, but it was around 100 of each item. I have 12 toon (2 mains). I simply scavenged my crafting mats for my first Doohickey and should have enough tomorrow morning for another one.
Hey folks, This week is an amazing time to make AD! Why? Well, if you can forage your own crafting materials and make a Doohickey, they're selling for a pretty penny. ZEN helps with this because of how easy they are to refine with Blueprints. "Trace, I don't have any ZEN and can barely make one for me'self!" Fear not!…
Yes, but anyone who has alts is just fine at getting crating materials. Doohickey's require all Level 1 crafting items. I just had my twelve characters make one crafter each (5 secs), and do the 6 hour Deep Gather for 10 ea. materials. Very easy to get those mats.
GS in PVP is important, but more important is point allocation. How much Power, Recovery, Crit, ArP, Defense, Deflect, etc. a person has is meaningless of it's not allocated correctly.
I don't think we'll see any shortage of blue items at all. The drop everywhere (PVP, GG, and in all areas). It'll be a good thing to have new players have another way of building up AD.
As many people know, it's been something of a brutal market for buyers, specifically for enchantments. Ways to make AD are becoming highly valued because of the strong inflation throughout the NW economy. This is why we praise people for finding creative ways to make wealth. Ever read the Dev Tracker? If you like trading…
It's actually the armor set, people. The Profound PVP set currently has a 75% chance to heal 2% of max hit points every time an attack is deflected. There is no cooldown and no Healing Depression. It is being fixed in Mod 4 to a 50% chance with a two second cooldown, with Healing Depression. Forest Meditation (the beam…
Well, if it's anything like the Drow, it will eventually be released to the masses. Keep in mind the basic business model. 1) Some people will pay the premium price 2) Others will pay a retail price 3) Others will pay a discounted price 4) Some won't pay at all. We're at stage 1. Enjoy the ride.
