Lv 60 gear will no longer be BiS, not even people's precious black ice. If it's that easy with the current gear, then the dungeons should be raised in difficulty significantly.

Got a lv 34 pally on test right now. You get okay DPS out of it going Protection, but it actually doesn't have near the survivability of the Devotion pally who hits like a wet noodle.
