I will not be renewing my VIP, the the wards I could get with trade bars were the main reason I had VIP, I never got anything realy nice for opening lock-boxes. The other bonuses you got from VIP were so so at best.

To help elevate the burden, Cryptic could make it so, each profession could produce a different type of voucher for the SH. Make the vouches bind on pick up, this will prevent massive guild marks on one character.

You could change the dailies into a form of hourly depending on the guild size. The smaller the guild, the fewer hours a quest's refresh time is. The smallest reduction would be for a guild of 25 active members, say around 5 hour refresh time. A 35 active member guild would have a 5 hour and 30 minute refresh time.
