This: That's how it happened to me, I lost over 200k in the auction house. I just got a response today (after submitting the report on the 27th) that they couldn't do anything and that I should file a bug report. I'm really pissed off that I gave these guys any money.

Awesome. I submitted a GM ticket and they pretty much said there was nothing they can do, but I should report it as a bug instead. That sounds to me like we're SOL :(

If you're following the road north, right about where it splits there are some rocks you can jump on and it's kinda hidden behind a tree - 2669, 3293

Having a similar issue as well - bid on an item (257500ad) someone else bought it out and I didn't get my diamonds back :(

I was able to get my guardian pack on my alt (second character, haven't tried w/ a third). So, yes - if you're not getting the mail for your second character it IS a bug.

Bump - playing in a group & having the same issue as well. *Edit: Looks like it might be a group thing, I managed to zone in just fine playing solo
