Founders Pack not available on ALT character

This is what I see on my second character

Cannot get my Wolf or Mount, and I have done RAGS TO RICHES on character two

I have the 60 dollar founder pack. I have claimed mount and pet on other character but it should be for all yes?

    I was able to get my guardian pack on my alt (second character, haven't tried w/ a third).
    So, yes - if you're not getting the mail for your second character it IS a bug.

    Once per character, but is not well explained how to get your second or third guardian pack.

    Cant find it either way. Alot of people having this issue
