Can't get into plague tower

On the quest The Plague Tower I am being told to enter the tower but I have to confer with Sergeant Know, problem is I cannot do so because when I speak to Know I am not able to continue to conversation and the dialogue option does not trigger, I have tried clicking and pressing 1 but nothing happens. I have also tried logging out and then back in and nothing has changed. Does anyone know how to get past this problem?

    Bump - playing in a group & having the same issue as well.

    *Edit: Looks like it might be a group thing, I managed to zone in just fine playing solo

    Me and my hubby had the same problem, we got around it by having one leave party and the other talk to Knox to move on and then rejoin party and went in tower. Hope this helps you.
