That is a mentality that has been around for generations and people always forget that "the house always wins". If people want to gamble, i will not complain. But for people like me who will never gamble, it makes the game seem cheap and unpolished. Randomly winning isn't winning.

I really don't mind the lack of customization. I am colorblind and I would rather more ugly people in a zone than less pretty people. (For lack of a better term, I guess)
I only got to level 17 so I never got a mount. How do they work? Is it like the companions where if you are outside you are automatically on your horse? Does your companion just run behind you unmounted?
