either way, the people who paid should have priority over the ftp people, even tera fixed that annoyance, anyway it is day 1, guess i wont bother playing today :/
its funny, your 3 acts were actually my favorite in the game, the most DnD type imo, even better then most of the dev ones, will definetally be following your future quests :)
happened to me first run as well, and was mad, but then i dropped it and did it again and really enjoyed it, did all 3 acts and thought it was better then a lot of the dev content :P
reminds me of that holy priest in the gamers dorkness rising when he was undead, and cast that turn undead spell...rofl i almost choked to death on my drink when i saw that. Yes i like alignment and even if its not in the game, i will play my character that way.
yea i keep hearing its tesing none the less, but from what i understand alpha is still going on between the weekend betas so to me that says they are the testers, im just gonna play, i will give feedback where needed
companions like in swtor i didnt mind for having a little extra support or a gap filler(though they didnt work as good as a player), as for pet, yeah i gotta agree with ya on that one
reminds me of once long ago seeing rogues and druids stealthed in wow running around with their harmess pets trying to gank and spotting them a mile away :)
if you bought founds you dont need a key to dl, if your waiting for the buddy key not sure how long that takes but im thinking it shoulda been quick so might want to submit a support ticket about that.
if you bought from the company you shoulda gotten a key to put in, if you got via steam you got somethin else which didnt make sence to me, if you put in the key but not invited yet then thats because torchlite2 gets phased in at a later beta
i agree i wish we made movies like this on a regular basis and yes it is time for a real DnD movie. ~would prefer to join the liches side by the way rather then fight against her :)
im thinking something similar as well being ive seen it over and over and even i tend to max level within a month or 2, i do have friends and seen others level in games like wow, swtor ,etc in just a few days...but they generally have a friend help them or what ever as they play the same toon 24/7, personally i think that…
yes i think the same thing, they wanted the media to get a feel for all aspects of the game and level fast to try out everything they can so they can review it then again ive seen some games where hardcores max out in just a few days >:)
ok better limit them answers unless you mean later betas, being we only get cleric, rogue and guardian this beta weekend :P...and i chose rogue( since my great weapon fighter and my control wizard cant be made)
of course i would just make one of each class...but...these ftp's dont want to give enough characters slots for that...so...guess i will make 3...til i feel like pulling out my cc again.
ya know, the excuse of "i cant see buying a game i havent even gotten to try" is invalid, i buy games all the time without trying them, what they needed was only to show more in-game footage was all as far as i was concerned, and yes beta access is always nice(but is really for testing purposes, not a trial run), anyway i…
dequixotic is almost right, but not just the wow players but the hardcore gamers as well, look at swtor, bioware stated oh we arent worried bout all that end game content as people will take a long time leveling and such, meanwhile the hardcore gamers ripped through the game like it was nothing and found hardly anything…
its ok i have a very non-social life these days and wanted some attention, dont mind me...lol hence why i typed the /gulp emote..., and yes i did actually give a work friend a key so someone else may enjoy this sometime in beta :P
