Haven't received beta key from Hero of the North Founders pack.

I purchased the hero of the north founder pack and I haven't received my beta key. The event starts tomorrow, starting to get worried. Anyone know what I should do?

UPDATE!:

Alright, after thirty call attempts, I finally figured it out. I originally had forgotten my user name for Perfect World, so I did the recovery option. Perfect World then sent me my user name. The problem is that you need to log in with the e-mail bound to your account, not your actual user name (which for me was just my user name + gmail.com). I don't know why Perfect World allows you to use both methods to log into the same account, but literally when I logged in with the actual e-mail as the account name, everything was applied and fine. Best of luck everyone! See you in the Forgotten Realms ;-)

    The key is automatically applied to your account when you purchase the pack.

    Have they given instructions for how to download the client? Doesn't it launch in like three hours?

    what about the buddy key when do we get that?

    if you bought founds you dont need a key to dl, if your waiting for the buddy key not sure how long that takes but im thinking it shoulda been quick so might want to submit a support ticket about that.

    Hmmm, dunno. Perhaps try logging out, closing your browser, then open it back up, login, and see if it is lit up for you.

    well I would submit a support ticket but the link is dead there as well...was really wanting my wife to try the beta this weekend, oh well guess we can share my account

    Maybe try posting in the tech support sub-forum in the beta forums. Maybe a dev will see it.

    Are you sure your purchase went through? You can go to "My Account" at the top of the page, then to "Go To My Wallet" and you should see the purchase there.

    I bought the pack 2 days ago. I got the buddy email a few minutes afterwards. For my title I had to log out of my forum account for it to reset, that may be true for the download as well.

    Here's the deal. I originally bought it through paypal, but my paypal is only sending e-checks right now, so I had perfect world's billing department cancel that purchase. I then made another purchase just from my card. So, in my virtual wallet, I have one founders pack whose payment is still under review, then another founders pack with a completed payment. I wouldn't think this is an issue though, because there is a completed purchase for a Hero of the North pack in there.

    Where do I do that? I've only seen phone numbers for their billing department.

    Also, how do I apply the Hero of the North forum title? Maybe that'll do something.

    Try logging out and then back in to the website. That should reset any out of date permissions.

    If that doesn't work then you may have to sense a support ticket.

    Let me know if it works or not.


    Support Tickets can be sent at the top of the screen by clicking support.
    Normally I would directly link but phones don't copy and paste well. ;)

    Yeah, I opened up a ticket earlier in the evening, however the estimated wait time is 3-4 days. The beta event will be over by then.

    That's a generic time frame. It could be up to 3 but it is often less.

    Can you view the Beta Forums?
    If you can't that is.the only way to solve the issue I am afraid.

    How do I check and see if I can view them? Would they show up in the forum list?

    That pretty much confirms my fear. Some accounts fail to get properly flagged for Beta Access. Unfortunately there is nothing that can be done other than waiting for customer support to fix the issue. :(

    Ambisinisterr, it looks like my account has been awaiting activation this entire time, and it might be causing some issues, because I don't have the permissions I need to make the changes.

    kainen858, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

    Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
    If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

    Anyway to expedite that process?

    I have a STO lifetime and I cant download the game without a beta key... Well??? where is it?
